General Information

Minimum order for any product is $15.00

Artwork – Our preferred acceptable artwork is Vector art in Adobe Illustrator. PDF and EPS files are acceptable. Convert all fonts
to paths, outlines or curves to avoid font changes.
Proofs – Virtual proofs are $15.00 each. Typesetting (if necessary) is $15.00. Graphic Design (if necessary) is $35.00.
Proof approval must be in writing. Please check all proofs carefully as no credit will be granted for errors on proofs
that have been approved. Proofs are computer generated representations and may not match the final product exactly.
Imprint Methods:

Hot Stamping – There is a One-Time die charge of $45.00 per print. For areas larger than 8” square, the die charge is $55.00.
NO DIE CHARGE ON EXACT REPEAT ORDERS.
Maximum imprint area is 24” square. Second location imprints are available for an additional $0.25. Custom names are avail-
able on some products for $2.50 per name. Standard text (Arial Font) setup at no charge. Halftones are not acceptable for Hot
Stamping. Cannot exceed 4” x 6” footprint.
Screen Printing / Multi-Color Printing – If you require multiple color imprint, halftones, PMS matching, etc., our in-house screen
printing department can provide this service.

Overs / Unders – All custom orders are subject to an over / under run of up to 5% maximum. If exact quantity is required, we
reserve the right to add a 5% surcharge to the entire order.
Shipping – UPS ground unless otherwise specified. We also ship via FedEx upon request. Full container, LTL shipments avail-
able. Shipments outside the USA are subject to additional handling, duties & tax Charges.

Third party shipping is available at no extra charge. All shipments are FOB factory. If drop shipments are required, the first 3
addresses are free; each additional address incurs a $5.00 net shipment fee.
Terms – New Customers are credit card until terms are established. We accept all major cards. Our credit terms are net 30 days
upon credit approval.
Warranty – G.G. Tauber warranties all our vinyl items against defective materials and/or workmanship for 3 months after ship-
ment date.
Return Goods Policy – Please inspect the order as soon as it is received. STOCK items may be returned within 30 days after
receipt of goods. A pre-approved Return Authorization number from a GG Tauber representative must accompany all returns.
Unless specified on RA, freight charges are the customer’s responsibility. A 20% restocking fee, plus all freight charges will be
incurred. CUSTOM PRINTED ORDERS CAN NOT BE RETURNED.
Cancellations – There is no cancellation charge on orders prior to commencing production. Once orders are in production or
complete, customers are 100% responsible for the cost of the order. Stock un-imprinted orders will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Trademarks / Copyrights – Customer is fully responsible for any claims and/or litigation arising from the production of customer
supplied artwork on our items.
